Vision of Chapter Director

For me, the future success of Dunedin will depend on the commitment from the members and needs to focus on bringing in referrals, which is done by forming great relationships with fellow members in a culture of helping each other to grow in business. The givers gain philosophy is obviously key to this.

In order to achieve that, the current members need to display behaviours which help their fellow members get business, making it easy for them to refer by a process of continued education.

So my vision would be To grow the businesses of the members through building relationships and endorsing givers gain or Working with our fellow members to help grow each others business Maybe something we should put out to the group?
